Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
What this website uses
- Technical session cookies for the administration panel (
authjs.*): they are only set when a member of the team signs in to the website's management panel, to keep the session open securely, and they expire after 24 hours at most. Visitors to the website do not receive them. - Theme preference (browser local storage, key
diderot-theme): if you choose light or dark mode, your choice is stored in your own browser so that it is kept on later visits. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to the server and it cannot identify you. - First-party visit statistics, without cookies: to find out, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, the website records on its own server the page visited and the referring site, without setting cookies or storing anything in your browser and without sharing the data with third parties. Neither your IP address nor your browser details are stored, only an anonymous identifier that changes every day. If your browser has «Do Not Track» or Global Privacy Control enabled, the visit is not recorded.
Third-party content
The map on the contact page (Google Maps) is only loaded if you click «Show the map»; from that moment on, Google may use its own cookies. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you play them, YouTube may store information in your browser in accordance with its own policy.
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, the administration panel will stop working; the rest of the website can be browsed as usual:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
More information on the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy.
